Bring the workflows that save tech time, reduce ticket noise, clean up handoffs, or catch problems before a client has to ask. That might be a HaloPSA or ConnectWise workflow, a CIPP/M365 tenant check, a NinjaOne remediation, a Hudu documentation sync, a billing/license audit, or a small webhook that keeps a process from falling through the cracks.
Good posts are specific. Tell people what stack you are using, what triggered the workflow, what it changes, and where it can go wrong. Sanitized workflow exports, screenshots, API docs, and before/after notes are all useful.
Do not post API keys, customer data, bearer tokens, tenant IDs, private URLs, or logs that expose secrets.
